You’re Purchasing Experience
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on the “Checkout” and you will be asked to provide a few details that we need to be able to process and complete your order.

Order Confirmation and Acceptance
We confirm all orders you place with us, this does not indicate that a contract exists between us, until we indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us then exists. We have included this term to protect us in case we make a mistake when we price the product, for example- we may have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we always contact you to make sure that the correct price is acceptable.
If you do not wish to pay online you may send us a cheque made payable to Panakeia Ltd Please allow extra time for your cheque to clear if you choose to pay by this method.
We process your order within 24 hrs (unless otherwise indicated on an individual product type with a special circumstance). Most UK orders are dispatched by parcel carrier, Monday to Friday, for delivery within 3 -5 working days. This is subject to the carriers’ service once we have entrusted your parcel and delivery to them. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
In the unlikely events you have not received your order after 7 working days, please notify us. We can then investigate and propose a solution.
Delivery Discrepancies / Damaged in Transit
Please check orders on receiving them, if there are any order discrepancies please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods, so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem We would appreciate it if you could photograph any damages (if this is possible). Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
